Tech for You #8 — Crawford Desktop: Client Report Approval Queue

What is it?

The Report Approval Queue module of Crawford Desktop allows the Branch Manager/Team Lead to manage approvals for client reports in the Claims Management System (CMS) for claims assigned to their direct reports.

What does it do?

Users have the ability to view claim details, approve or reject a single report, or approve or reject multiple reports simultaneously.

The QA Review Queue function within the system allows the quality review team to utilize a single process and system for the review of client reports, while providing much improved functionality for filtering and sorting the queue.

Report Approval for Client Reports also captures much needed data on the results of these quality reviews and allow for management reporting on individual adjuster and client results that can be used for training, performance management and client retention strategies.

The system includes a search feature which allows the user to input parameters for specific search conditions. Examples include identifying a specific client, branch or adjuster. Report Approval for Client Reports also integrates with XactAnalysis®.
