ARAMARK® has been a valued member of the RSG® family since 1992 and was a pivotal partner in the launching of the Early Accident Reporting Service, later to become known as TeleplusSM. The provider of food, facilities management and other services has always been on the forefront of risk reduction, and RSG provides them with the data and analytical tools they need for Teleplus to work.
This claim intake system was developed from specifications provided by ARAMARK in order to provide their thousands of profit centers a convenient method to report claims on a timely basis. All of their Workers Compensation, Property, General and Automobile Liability claims are reported around the clock to the claim intake system, and files are sent electronically to their TPA five times a day during the week and once each weekend evening. This provides quick turnaround on launching claim reviews as well as prompt reporting to the jurisdictions. Providing the claims and incident data to a stand-alone triage system allows the ARAMARK internal claims team immediate access to the claims so they can begin the triage process, as well as set diaries and enter internal adjuster notes.
With a huge appetite for actionable data, ARAMARK’s RMIS contains incidents, claims from domestic and International sources, local currencies, litigation data, medical bill reviews and lost time segments. They also track several types of exposures, property values (buildings, business interruption and COPE data) and policy information. RSG combines the data into meaningful performance measures for upper management as well as the frontline managers in the field.

ARAMARK has been an avid consumer of RSG’s business intelligence tools over the many years. Work is in progress to convert some of their many monthly reports to Dashboard graphs within Dmitri which would be available any time a user logs in. By working shoulder-to-shoulder with our ARAMARK clients, we have created an important partnership which has helped ARAMARK’s global risk management department, their employees and their bottom line.
